The magazine is really cool!!! Arrived quickly and well packaged; if only there weren't the hated customs... Greetings to everyone from Italy.

Bad attitude in response to query

Magazine itself is great, but the customer service regarding my query about the two week + wait for them to be dispatched was atrocious. I was sarcastically told that as I was only waiting two days for the magazines to be dispatched that they weren't in fact late, but it was ACTUALLY 18 days earlier I had purchased them. Rather than apologising for the wait I was given a bad attitude and sassed. I won't be purchasing again and I didn't receive a response when I requesting a refund so I could just return them.

Covering my favorite games

Nintendo may get the attention from modern gamers but Sega needs some love too and this magazine provides it! A look at every era of Sega games, I always find something new or interesting in every article and am ready to the next issue to come out so I can get my fix!

Another hit magazines

Sega was my favourite console maker in the 90’s and i5 is brilliant to have this mag from Fusion to add to their excellent stable of retro mags. Issue was great and issue 2 has arrived and I’ll be reading that one today. Look forward to this becoming a regular feature and the accompanying binder 😁
