Never arrived

I've been subscribed since issue 1, but this issue never arrived. I have been in touch with the company owner, but responses have been slow, over 2 weeks later still no copy arrived, and no response to my last few messages. I can only rate this 1 star as I have not got my copy, leaving a hole in my collection. Major disappointment!
