Another great issue

This issue added about another 10 pages of great content and a letters page - I used to love reading the letters page of the old mags in the 80s. Out of all the articles I particularly liked the articles on the ‘Panic Dizzy’ game for the ZX Spectrum (just bought a ZX Spectrum 48K second hand); the ‘Aliens’ coin op; the game ‘Doom’ (still going strong today); the Atari Jaguar top 5 games; and not forgetting the retro Atari joystick (I still have my Atari 400 and joystick). The front cover and collectors card artwork covered ‘God of War’.

Perfect

Without any surprise I like it. Excellent articles, I like the way they are written, I like the quality of the mag. Everything is perfect.

Fusion 2 - 60 Pages of Gaming and Retro Goodness

After my enjoyment of reading 1 of Fusion I was quick to pre-order 2 and waited in anticipation for that A5 envelope to drop through my letterbox. I admit, there was a part of and me that was thinking, would 2 be able to replicate the success of 1 and would it have enough content to hold my attention Well the short answer is yes, and it was even 8 pages longer with 60 pages of goodness, that’ just over 6.5p a page! Again, there is a good balance of material from retro to current. My favourites this month was the teenage memory inducing article on the ALIENS arcade cabinet and the article by Stoo Cambridge from Sensible Software. Another great read, time to pre-order 3.

Fusion 2

Good mag, lots of good content, but doesnt need to cover mainstream AAA titles, stick to indie, retro adventures
